What we collect

When you join our waitlist we store the email address you enter, and the date you joined. That's it. We don't use trackers, cookies, or third-party advertising on this page.

Why we collect it

Only to let you know when The Queen launches, and to share occasional early-access updates. We will never sell, rent, or share your email with anyone else.

The Queen service

When the app launches and you create an account, we store the information you add to run your music business — profile details, gigs, contacts, contracts, financial records, and files. This data is used only to provide the service to you and to people you explicitly share it with. We don't sell personal data.

Google user data

If you choose to connect your Google account, The Queen accesses only the data needed for the features you enable: your Google Calendar (to show your schedule and create events you ask for), your Google Contacts (to import contacts you select), and your Gmail (to find receipts and invoices for your expense records, and to send emails you compose and approve). We access this data only when you actively use those features.

Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide these features to you, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice to you. No human reads this data except with your explicit permission, when required for security or debugging with your consent, or to comply with applicable law.

The Queen's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google at any time from the app's settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect, we stop accessing your Google data, and you can email us to delete any Google-derived data we stored for you.

How we protect and retain data

All data travels over encrypted connections (TLS) and is stored encrypted at rest in our database infrastructure. Access credentials such as Google tokens are kept server-side only and are never exposed to other users or third parties. Access to production data is restricted to the operator of the service.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, or ask us to, we delete your personal data — including any Google-derived data — within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep specific records (such as billing) longer.

Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com. Paddle collects your payment details, handles billing and applicable taxes, and issues receipts — we never see or store your full card details. Paddle's privacy policy applies to the payment transaction.

Your control

You can ask us to remove your email from the list at any time, and we will delete it. Every email we send will also include an unsubscribe link. To request removal now, email us at thequeenappinfo@gmail.com.
